WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy policy

How information is handled when you browse this website or contact the practice.

Effective date — 18 October 2026

Information you choose to provide

If you contact the practice by phone, WhatsApp or email, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, the parties involved and details of your enquiry. Provide only what is necessary for the initial enquiry. Please wait for an agreed channel before sending sensitive case documents.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, check conflicts, consider an engagement and, where work is accepted, communicate and carry out that work. Contacting the practice does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship.

Website operation & cookies

The website and its hosting provider may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and security logs. Essential cookies may be used for website functions and, for authorised users, WordPress login. Where a cookie-preference panel is available, it lets you review the categories shown there.

External communication services

The phone, WhatsApp and email links open services operated by your chosen provider, WhatsApp/Meta or Google. Their own privacy terms apply. Clicking a contact link does not send a message automatically. The website does not need access to your contacts to display these links.

The website records aggregate daily counts of phone, WhatsApp and email link clicks to understand use of its contact routes. These counters do not store cookies, names, IP addresses, device identifiers, message content or case details. A click does not establish that an enquiry was received.

Disclosure & retention

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the site and communicate with you, and disclosed where required by law or authorised for the matter. It is retained only for the relevant enquiry, engagement, legal and professional requirements, and reasonable record-keeping needs. The period depends on the type of information and matter.

Questions & requests

For privacy questions or a request concerning your information, email Arshiezuhar@gmail.com. Requests are considered subject to identity verification and applicable legal and professional duties.

Updates

This page may be updated when website functions or information practices change. The effective date will identify the current version.
